- This Negotiated Request for Proposals (“the NRFP”) issued by the BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) is an invitation to Non-Profit Operators to submit proposals for the provision of providing Homelessness Encampment Action Response Temporary Housing (HEARTH) Operator Services for the housing site to be located in Penticton, BC. No responses to any other form of request will be responded to. Proponents must submit a signed Appendix 12 - Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain Appendix 8 - The Deliverables including site location and site-specific reports, and addenda. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the signed NDA. The deadline for submitting the signed NDA is November 05, 2025 @ 2:00 P.M. PT.
