Description:
The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables. Through this RFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter a contract (the “Contract”) with an experienced, qualified supplier (the “Supplier”) to provide the Deliverables.
We are seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms to conduct a feasibility study for the redevelopment potential of two sites in Victoria, BC. The objective of this study is to develop a comprehensive redevelopment layout for each site that will support an eventual funding program submission.

Proponents must submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location. No submission will be accepted from Proponents who did not submit the signed NDA. Signed NDA must be submitted to the attention of the BC Housing Contact before: 7 March 2025 @ 2:00PM PST.
It is the Proponent-s sole responsibility to verify that their NDA has been received by BC Housing and request information about the property type and location.
