Prime Consultant and Architectural Services, Interior Region, BC
Purpose of the RFP
The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with Prime Consultant and Architectural Services (the “Deliverables”) for the supportive housing located in the Interior Region of BC.
Through this RFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter into a contract (the “Contract”) attached in Appendix 8 (Draft Contract) with an experienced and qualified supplier (the “Supplier”) to provide the Deliverables.

1.2 Key Elements of the Deliverables
The following are some of the key elements of the Deliverables:Prime Consultant and Architectural Services including sub-consultants- services to design a 3-4 storey housing with 12-16 apartment style units. Proponents shall provide the services as described in Appendix 9 (Project Requirements) and Appendix 8 (Draft Contract, including Schedule A).The Prime Consultant will be responsible for all Payment Certifier duties and the necessary professional certification throughout the entire construction period.Proponents should ensure that they propose a strong, experienced well-balanced project team that includes sufficient resources and depth of experience to effectively undertake all aspects of the project, and to provide timely, comprehensive, and quality deliverables ensuring that design, specifications, and drawings meet the requirements of...
