Description:
This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by the BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of consistent, quality, professional, top to bottom, corner to corner, Office and Warehouse Cleaning Services for each service location at səmiq̓ʷəʔelə(Riverview), Coquitlam, BC, as further described in Appendix D (Scope of Work) and Appendix E (Response Form Questionnaire), for the Rates established in Appendix C (Pricing Form) for the locations specified in Appendix G (Service Locations).

An optional Site Visit will be held on the date and time specified section 2.1.1 at the location specified below. All proponents are encouraged to attend. Proponents that do not attend, will not be disqualified from participating in this RFP due to their non-attendance.
Site Visit Meeting Date and Time: Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 9AM, PST.
Site Visit Meeting Location: səmiq̓ʷəʔelə(Riverview), Unit 5 BC Housing, 2601 Lougheed Hwy, Coquitlam, BC
