- The District of Taylor ("District") is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all necessary labour, equipment, and materials to remove and replace the existing flat roofing systems on designated areas of the Taylor Curling Club building located at 9888 Cherry Ave, Taylor, BC. The scope of workincludes fully removing the existing roofing down to the wood deck, inspecting and repairing the deck substrate, and installing new membrane roofing and associated components. The approximate size of roofing areas is as follows: South side 1755 sq ft. Stairwell roof 400 sq ft. East side 754 sq ft.The project must meet industry best practices for flat roofing and be completed by October 2025. A scheduled site visit will be held upon request.
