Parksville Aquatic and Recreation Centre

The City of Parksville requires a Consultant to conduct comprehensive public engagement with the community on the siting, costing and design of a new swimming pool and community recreation centre. Council has identified a preferred site and its initial reasons for choosing this location. The City has identified expectations for the public engagement process, which should be reviewed when preparing a response to this RFP.
Please submit three (3) copies of your proposal by no later than 4 PM on FRIDAY, APRIL 30, 2021, to the attention of Keeva Kehler, Chief Administrative Officer.
