Summary Details:
This Request for Information ("RFI") is issued by the BC Emergency Health Services ("BCEHS"), supported by the Provincial Health Services Authority ("PHSA").
BCEHS is seeking information, through this RFI process, from interested parties for the supply of dedicated Fixed Wing (FW) air ambulance services in the province of British Columbia. This RFI will gather information that could assist BCEHS and PHSA in the development of a future procurement process.
Through completion of the enclosed questions, interested parties are provided with an opportunity to showcase their proposed solutions and commercial/business practices. We have uploaded the appendices questions in word for ease of completion. Please do not alter the text and format. Fill out the word documents and convert to pdf prior to submitting to avoid alterations by either party.
Interested parties are invited to respond to this RFI by submitting a concise and focused response to PHSA. Responses should include ideas, information and recommendations that could result in clarification of the requirements, cost-saving opportunities, and identification of potential problem areas with proposed resolution initiatives and opportunities for innovation and standardization.
