This second Request for Information (RFI) is a follow-up from the RFI #1 issued on April 29, 2019.Objectives:The objectives of this Request for Information (RFI) are to: 1) Inform industry of ISC requirements for the Medical Transportation System Solution (MTSS) with revised business needs and requirements;2) Share scenarios about specific NIHB needs for solution components and improved or re-engineered services;3) Seek technical solutions and best practices from industry;4) Identify, explore and assess opportunities for innovation;5) Seek feedback from industry on specific questions that will assist Canada in further refining MTSS requirements and solution components;6) Seek feedback from industry on services (such as claims processing) that could improve the administration of the MT benefits.
