- The Town is seeking information from qualified vendors for IT project resource augmentation, acting as an extension of our core IT department on an ad hoc basis to create a technology solutions architecture that aligns with our long-term strategic business goals in the areas of business, data architecture, application, technology, and security. Key architecture projects include, but not limited to: - Multi-Cloud Hybrid Migration Architecture - Creating multi-cloud hybrid architecture (Azure, AWS, and on-premises), network transit design, cloud disaster recovery design (switching over from on-premises to cloud during event), information security compliance strategy, cost optimization, and the definition of technical migration plan / detailed change script in RFC. This RFI is intended to gather details on capabilities, pricing models, service offerings, and engagement approaches to support our dynamic IT resource needs.
