Description:
NL Health Services (NLHS) is administering this RFI to gather information to help plan a fair and cost-effective solicitation process, define the requirements for solicitation documents, or identify whether there are interested vendors to supply/establish a Healthcare Litigation & Insurance/Claims Management tool. Suppliers are invited to submit proposals on a tool that will help modernize the systematic operations and improve operational efficiency of NLHS's Legal Service/Insurance divisions. This tool should streamline and automate the various aspects of managing/tracking the on-going activity of complex litigation files/insurance claims, as well as provide reporting/analysis capabilities that enable better data-driven decision-making, and pinpoint improvement opportunities that can help refine operations for enhanced financial outcomes. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFI, as well as the Public Procurement Act
