Description:
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), an Ontario provincial regulatory agency reporting to the Ministry of the Attorney General (MAG), has a requirement for equine necropsy services. The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to signal AGCO's intention to conduct anon-competitive procurement process in order to enter into a contract for the services with Animal Health Laboratory-Laboratory Services Division, University of Guelph, Box 3612, Guelph, Ontario, N1H 6R8. Before entering into a contract, however, the AGCO would like to provide other Vendors with theopportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying the requirements set out in this ACAN, by submitting a Statement of Capabilities before the closing date set out below. If other potential Vendors submit a Statement of Capabilities during the 15 day posting period that meets the requirementsset out in the ACAN, the AGCO may at its discretion choose to conduct a competitive procurement process. The AGCO has the right to reject services offered. If no other Vendor submits a Statement of Capabilities meeting the requirements set out in the ACAN on or before the closing date set out below,the AGCO may enter into a contract with the pre-selected vendor.
