PHSA on behalf of Island Health is seeking information, through this RFI process, from interested parties who offer software solutions for an Accounts Payable Automation solution. The purpose of this RFI is intended to:
a) gather information and interest from the market
b) explore potential organizational and technological solutions addressing problem requirements, including ideas, best practices
c) obtain high level cost estimates for budget purposes
d) explore recommendations on strategy, scope and an integrated approach that could assist Island Health in the development of a future procurement process.
Through completion of the responses to questions outlined within the RFI, interested parties are provided with an opportunity to showcase their proposed solutions.

Interested Vendor's should submit a reply to this RFI as per Submission Instructions outlined in the posted documentation.
