Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.SCOPE REQUESTThe scope of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information on the capability of participants offering products and services related to on-demand transit technologies and services used to operate within each Purchaser-s municipal limits in Ontario.Participants are requested to provide a comprehensive response that is structured according to Sections 4.0 and 5.0 by filling out forms within this RFI document and by providing information in a Participant Response Package.Upon receipt of all responses, Metrolinx may seek to meet with all or some of the participants on an individual basis, virtually or in person, to seek further clarification and understanding of the content of their response. Such meetings will be at the sole discretion of Metrolinx and shall be undertaken for the purpose of obtaining further information only from the participant on their current capabilities, future plans and overall solutions.
