Description : Call For Request for Information (RFI) RFI No. RFI-2021-ITIN-082 Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CPCA) Systtem for Transit Service Performance Management Metrolinx has adopted an enterprise wide focus on Continuous Improvement and LEAN best practices. These practices include the future application of a Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) Service Performance Management System, which will include Root Cause Analysis to manage service performance of both our rail and bus services. The identification, assessment and correction of causes that reduce or compromise performance levels is currently undertaken by many internal groups, at varying levels of sophistication and with a range of tools/resources. Metrolinx is seeking a Cloud-based, out-of-the-box, configurable software/technology solution to enhance our continuous improvement objectives in the area of transit service performance management, specifically to incorporate a centralized framework and system applicable for all groups across Operations.
