- The City of Richmond Hill is inviting expressions of interest from parties who may be interested in utilizing the Lake Wilcox Boathouse over the next five to ten years. The City is seeking proposals that support sport, recreation, environmental, parks or cultural programming that reflects and serves the diverse interests of Richmond Hill residents.
