English Title:NU25SL01, Architectural and Engineering Consultant Services Source List, NunavutEnglish Description:Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List (SL) to provide "as and when required" the following professional services at Nunavut: Preparation of a Statement of Requirement or Construction Requirements, Options Analysis, Concept Design, Cost Estimation, Preparation of Construction Documents OR of Performance Specifications, Tender Phase Services, Construction Phase Services.Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the two (2) Proponents with the highest total scores.The SL will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $2,000,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to three (3) additional one-year periods and increased in the order of $3,000,000.00 at any time. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $ 200,000.00 and $ 350,000.00; the maximum value of a commission is $ 500,000.00.
