Tender are invited for Review of Municipal Plan & Zoning By-Law Revisions

Notice Details The Town of Oromocto is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive review of the Town of Oromocto Municipal Plan and provide recommendations for necessary revisions to the Zoning By-Law. This project will also involve review of the existing Rural Plan for the former LSD of Lincoln, added to the Town in 2023. This initiative aims to ensure our planning documents align with community goals, regulatory requirements including new provincial Statements of Public Interest, our Energy Reduction Action Plan, Municipal Climate Adaptation Plan and contemporary best practices in urban and rural planning.
