- This Request for Quotations is an invitation by Workers- Compensation Board to prospective respondents to submit quotations for the provision of a Return to Work Consultant, as further described in the RFQ. WCB is seeking an experienced and professional respondent to help on an “as needed” basis to outline and promote key components for return to work and stay at work programs. It is anticipated the work will involve: educating employers, workers and unions on roles and responsibilities regarding the return to work process; assist with development of tools and resources to ensure successful return to work outcomes; provide support in mitigating barriers to return to work; and and provide guidance on workplace modifications to facilitate workplace accommodations. Through this collaboration, WCB aims to enhance workplace safety, ensure effective injury management, and support the overall well-being of injured workers.
