Description:
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number WS4683326955 dated July 7, 2024 with a closing of August 2, 2024. This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase competition. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders. The second phase, (Phase Two), will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of a contract in Phase Two, the pre-qualification list resulting from the first phase will expire and will not be used in any other solicitation. Following Phase Two solicitation closing, bid results will be recorded and may be obtained by e-mailing a request to the address indicated in the Invitation to Tender. Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the provision of all labour, materials, services, and equipment necessary for the replacement of the existing airfield unit substation, located at Port Hardy airport (3675 Byng Rd, Port Hardy, BC V0N 2P0) which serves Nav. Canada navigation equipment on the airfield.
