- Contract Number: 5024-E-0062 (Primary) // 5025-E-0003 (Alternate) Engineering Services Retainer - Northeast Region (West), for various Geotechnical Services including Engineering Materials Testing, Foundations Engineering and Pavement Engineering to assist with geotechnical engineering needs forhighway rehabilitation / reconstruction detail design. This assignment is to retain two (2) service providers (prime and alternate) to perform Engineering Services over a 3-year period in the East area of the Northeast region. The Ministry will be awarding Retainer Agreements for two (2) separateGeographic Areas within Northeast Region; West Area under Agreement 5024-E-0062 and East Area under Agreement 5024-E-0061. Proponents expressing interest in any or all of these agreements will only be eligible for award of one (1) Primary Agreement and one (1) Alternate Agreement in the Region. Note:Proponents interested in both contracts must upload into each of the 2 solicitations advertised (5024-E-0061 and 5024-E-0062)
