- Detailed_Description : The Ministry is milling and paving 3 of the Ottawa area patrol yard lots. The patrol yards are Vankleek Hill, Carlsbad Springs and Carleton Place. The existing asphalt is in fair to poor condition with isolated areas on ravelling and potholing.Two of the yards will need full depth removal in isolated areas in addition to the mill and pave of the yard to address the severe distresses.The general treatment will be mill 50mm and pave 50mm of Superpave 12.5 mix.
Scope of Work : • Mill and pave Vankleek Hill, Carlsbad Springs and Carleton Place patrol yard lots.• Existing asphalt is in fair to poor condition and requires mill and pave to extend life of asphalt.• The work is to be completed between June 2 and September 15th of 2025.• Patrol Yards are Vankleek Hill (CR34 & H417), Carlsbad Springs (Boundary Rd & H417), & Carleton Place (H15) in the Ottawa area. - Documents:
