- (1) The AESO is seeking process assessment services to provide views on whether the AESO considered stakeholder feedback regarding the design of the Restructured Energy Market (the "REM"). The results are required by May 30, 2025. These services may include: • Review the AESO's stakeholder REMconsultation process and provide views on whether stakeholders had reasonable opportunity to provide feedback on the REM • Review stakeholder REM feedback received by the AESO • Review AESO's approach to evaluating and incorporating stakeholder REM feedback in its REM design work and provide views onwhether such processes were reasonable • Confirm whether the AESO considered stakeholder feedback in the REM design (collectively, the "Services"). (2) Given the nature of the assignment, the engagement will not involve assurance-level analysis orprocedures
