Description : The RDCK-s Resource Recovery Department operates three landfills and nine computerized transfer stations that require software for ticketing, data export, and reporting that is tailored to the requirements and standards of a local government operated solid waste management program. The existing software supporting the RDCK Resource Recovery facility operations is outdated and needs to be replaced with minimal disruption to service. Of the 12 sites that would use this software, six are scaled and six are volume-based. All sites vary in their ability to have regular power and network connection. There are three additional sites that are completely manual, with no power or computer station.
