Description : The University of Calgary (UCalgary) intends to purchase the Nikon AXR NSPARC super-resolution resonance scanner microscopy system for UCalgary-s Containment Level 3 (CL3) for acquisition and advanced analyses for still, live and organoid imaging required for research. Due to the limited amount of space and primary biocontainment requirements within the CL3 it is a mandatory requirement that new system hardware and software integrate with the existing Nikon Eclipse Ti2E spinning disk system and the multi-year service support currently provided by Nikon for at minimum the committed term for the spinning disk system.Compatibility, data coherence, experience, and project continuity are mandatory requirements for the lab.
