- The Board invites Submissions to this Request for Pre-qualification (“RFPQ”) from interested Respondents with the intention to pre-qualify Residential and/or Commercial Appliances vendors who are interested in providing Goods and Services to the Board for period of three (3) years.
It is the intention of the Board to form a list of the highest-ranking Respondents it deems best qualified to provide Goods and Services. Highest ranking Respondents selected, will be notified, in writing, by the Board that they have been added to the list.
Future opportunities are subject to funding availability and will only be offered to Respondents on the list and will be in the form of price requests where time permits or as assigned at the sole discretion of the Board. The Board’s Purchase Order Terms & Conditions for residential or commercial appliances will be awarded for price requests. Respondents should review The Board’s Purchase Order (PO) Terms and Conditions.
