Tender are invited for Residential Home Modification Project - Edmonton, Alberta
Project Description : The WCB is seeking a Contractor to complete a residential modification in Edmonton, Alberta as per the specifications and drawings contained in this IFB. The modifications will consist of: • Supply and installation of all material and systems described herein for the interior modifications to the existing 1667 square foot bungalow with a 1103 square foot finished basement, as indicated on drawings for barrier free accessibility.• Reconfigure the rear entry and provide a new entry deck, vertical lift and enlarged entrance door.• Provide a new concrete pad and second vertical lift at the existing rear deck along with new prefinished metal railings on the existing rear deck.• Installation of all mechanical and electrical system modifications in accordance with the requirements outlined on the drawings.• Provide new concrete pads and support walls under the existing crawl space for floor support under the proposed new bathtub as per the drawings.• The intent of this project is to meet the “CSA B651-18 Accessible Design For the Built Environment”.
