Description:
The purpose of this RFP is to invite Respondents to submit their proposal for Residential General Contractor services for accessible home modifications. The General Contractor services you provide will promote the mobility, accessibility, safety and self-sufficiency of injured people in their homes post-injury. We intend to enter into various contracts with providers who can deliver construction work on an "as and when needed basis" at residences located throughout the province of Ontario, and nationally. Other specific provinces for special consideration that would include nationally but not be limited to; NS, NB, QC, and MB. Please note, this RFP is for construction services only, design work by others unless you can provide design services. This RFP is to allow Respondents to be included on the Prequalified General Contractor List for on demand and tendering purposes.Your proposal should mention the minimum requirements below; Brief description of your company, and contact information including email address(s), Residential services that your company can provide, Geographic area, cities and province that you can provide these services to, 5-10 years- experience in Residential Construction, including new builds, Any design services, CAD work, BCIN, drawings for Building Permit, Residential universal (barrier-free) construction experience is an asset, Valid WSIB clearance certificate, Insurance; GLI $5,000,000, Auto $2,000,000, ability to be bonded, Cleared Criminal Records ...
