- Residential Demolition and Site Cleanup The RM of Miry Creek No. 229 invites sealed tenders from qualified and experienced contractors for the services of demolition, disposal, and site cleanup of residential properties located at 216 Plume Street, 140 Balaclava Street, 633 Railway Ave, 128 Pennon Street, and 213 Sabre Street Lancer, SK S0N 1G0. Scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to: • Demolition of all existing buildings on the property. • Removal and disposal of all buildings and contents on the property. • Back filling of all holes on the property if required. • Readying the property for sale Safety Measures: Safety protocols are to be strictly followed to ensure the safety of both workers and the public. Proper signage and barriers must be placed around work zones. Please include anticipated start date and completion date. Tenders to be submitted by January 8th, 2025 at 5:00pm.
