- Rossburn Municipality is requesting Proposals (Proposal) for residential and commercial garbage and recycling collection and processing services. Rossburn Municipality is seeking a service provider who will be proactive in helping the Municipality manage garbage and recyclables in the most cost effective and efficient manner. The Municipality wishes to increase the diversion of materials currently going into landfills. It is intended that the service provider will be the driving force behind growth of the recycling activity and increased diversion rates, working in partnership with Rossburn Municipality, its staff, Multi-material Stewardship Manitoba (MMSM) and area residents.
