Description:
The selected company will be responsible for: Participant Recruitment Recruiting a total of 3,000 survey respondents residing in Canada who self-identify as either Asian (n=1,000), Black (n=1,000), or Indigenous (n=1,000). Within each racial-ethnic group, the sample must be: Equally divided by gender(i.e., approximately half men and half women/other gender minorities); Further stratified so that half of each gender subgroup identifies as a sexual minority (e.g., lesbian, gay, bisexual, pansexual, queer). Each intersectional subgroup (i.e., race x gender x sexual orientation) must have a minimumof 250 participants. Please, see the table below for further details. Survey Administration Administering a 20 30 minute online questionnaire (questions to be provided by the research team). Ensuring the survey is delivered in a secure and confidential manner. Honoraria Management Distributingparticipant incentives ranging from $25 $30 CAD per completed survey, based on criteria agreed upon with the research team. Reporting & Communication Providing regular recruitment and completion updates (e.g., weekly progress reports).
