This department has 3 main functions that are delivered via the Platform:1. FCC's Vision panel- A research panel of 3800+ primary producers, agribusinesses and food and beverage companies from across Canada. Surveys are designed, distributed and analyzed through technology2. Customer Experience measurement (CX)- This used to distribute a series of customer experience surveys to FCC customers. 3. Competitive Intelligence- This is used to distribute surveys to capture information at the time of loan amendment, lost deals and new loans.As part of this RFP, FCC is looking for a Platform that can facilitate at minimum the 3 main functions listed above but also allow FCC to grow the Research and Insight...
