Description:
The York Region District School Board (YRDSB) is seeking Vendors interested in the Prequalification for Disc Jockey (DJ) services for school events on or off Board property.
Note: This will be an open Prequalification. New Applicants may submit a submission during the term of the contract after award, to purchasing.services@yrdsb.ca. If an Applicant does not prequalify based on their submission, then there will be a minimum of 6 months before they may apply again for consideration.
A Prequalified list of vendors will be established after the award, allowing schools or departments to use this information for planning the events should they wish to engage DJ services.
This prequalification does not include DJ service providers that are exclusive to event venues or preferred by them. This prequalification does not apply to situations where venues have in-house DJs or have established partnerships with designated DJ service providers.
The successful Applicants will be entering into a Prequalification term of five years for the period from the date of award to December 31, 2030. The terms and conditions would remain the same for the length of this contract.
Please be informed that the Board is under no obligation to engage any prequalified DJ service provider during the contract term.
The Board has no obligation to notify or invite any vendors to participate in the pre-qualification opportunity.
