Request for Tender (RFT) No. 1673068-23
This Request for Tenders (RFT) is an invitation by the Toronto Police Services (TPS) to the following pre-qualified Suppliers (secured through RFPQ No. 1446565-21) to submit bids for the performance of the Work, as further described in Part 3 - DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS, and the Contract:BDA Inc.Buttcon LimitedChart Construction Management Inc.Elite Construction Inc.Gen-eer Construction Ltd.Magil Construction Ontario Inc. Only Bids received from the Suppliers identified above shall be considered by the TPS.
IMPORTANT: SUPPLIERS ARE ADVISED THAT A SIGNED AND EXECUTED VERSION OF PART 4 - FORM C - NON-DISCLOSURE AGREMEENT, WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE RELEASE OF ANY AND ALL CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION IN RESPECT TO THIS REQUEST FOR TENDER DOCUMENT WHICH FORM PART OF EXPECTED PERFORMANCE OF WORK (SCOPE OF SERVICES).
