Description:
Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Tender #148 Waste Collection Services, for cityplaceManitoba Public Insurance wishes to retain a Vendor to provide waste and recycling collection services, including the monthly rental of two (2) roll off bin compactors and recycling toters for cityplace, a mixed retail and nine (9) story office use facility located at 234 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba (also known as 333 St. Mary Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba), as more fully described in the RFT.Mandatory Site Visit: It is mandatory that the Vendor, or a Representative of the Vendor, attends a site visit to examine the scope of the Service Requirements and the existing conditions ("Site Visit"). A maximum of two (2) people per Vendor shall attend. Prior to the Site Visit Vendors should confirm their attendance by email to the email address listed in, and in accordance with Section 6.03.The Site Visit shall be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 starting at 9:00 am local time at the cityplace Security Desk on the main floor at 234 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as more fully described in the RFT.The final date for submissions is December 22, 2025 at 4:30 PM. Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFT.
