Description:
Shared Services Canada (SSC) is establishing a Supply Arrangement for the procurement of technical services related to integrated AV and conferencing technology solutions. This arrangement is intended to meet the diverse needs of the Government of Canada by providing access to skilled professionals who can deliver a full spectrum of audiovisual (AV) and conferencing technology services, encompassing everything from the initial assessment and design phase to the implementation and support stages. Categories and services required: A.1 Project Management A.2 Site Survey A.3 Solutions Design B.1 Installation - Level I - Installer B.2 Installation - Level II - Senior Installer B.3 Decommissioning and Removal Services C.1 Control System Programming C.2 User Training C.3 Technical Support - Tier I C.4 Technical Support - Tier II This is an ongoing opportunity to qualify for the Supply Arrangement. Please refer to section 6.7 of the Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) solicitation document. NOTE: Supply Arrangement Authority (SAA) responsible for this RFSA will be out of office from February 6th to February 14th.
