1. GEMTEC Consulting Engineers and Scientists Limited (GEMTEC), acting on behalf of the Owner,
Five Rivers, is seeking bid submissions for the following:
- The construction of a recreational concrete slab for outdoor ice skating and other
recreational activities.
The work is outlined on GEMTEC drawings 104378.001 C1-C3 Issued For Tender 2025-08-21.
2. Complete the bid form in the specifications and submit it to the undersigned via e-mail by 2:00
pm., Friday, September 19th, 2025. The Owner reserves the right to award in its best interest.
Tenders with the lowest price, or any, need not necessarily be accepted.
3. The Owner reserves the right to cancel the tender.
