- Peguis Child and Family Services (PCFS) is seeking quotes for the manufacture and supply of forty (40) small, stand-alone Ready-to-Move (RTM) homes. The project is Traditional Independent Living (Phases 2 & 3), for youth aged 18 to 26 years of age.The project is located near Peguis, Manitoba, southof Provincial Road 325.All ready to move homes are to be built off site and certified prior to delivery.The structure and construction of the individual youth homes are designed so that they can be safely moved to another location when the youths complete theprogram.
