Description:
Introduction: The R.M. of Mount Hope No. 279 (RM 279) will be accepting quotations for the supply of one (1) ¾ ton 4WD crew cab truck, with the basic specifications shown below and subject to the conditions and waivers noted, until 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 5th, 2023, at the office of the municipality, located at 119 Main Street, Semans, Saskatchewan. Suppliers shall provide their quotation and supporting documentation on or before the time and date noted, in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Truck Quote”. Quotes received later than the date and time specified will not be accepted regardless of the post mark date or courier delivery schedule. As an alternative, quotes will also be received by fax to (306) 524-4526 or email clearly identified as “Truck Quote” in the subject line to rm279@sasktel.net. The lowest priced quote, or any quote will not necessarily be accepted. The quote evaluation criteria will be determined and weighed at the discretion of the RM 279 Council. The evaluation will be based on the unit that provides the best value to the municipality. Please see attached document for specifications.
