Description:
This RFQ is for the supply and delivery of Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons for use in various locations and applications in the City of Charlottetown to upgrade new and existing pedestrian crossing facilities. The products for which Bidders submit bids must be able to be scalable, allow for various configurations of installations, and be versatile in terms of their functionality and ability to suit a variety of sites, conditions, and configurations. Quotations shall be submitted by completing this document and placing it in a sealed, opaque envelope, clearly marked on the outside, "Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons; Purchasing Officer; 10 MacAleer Charlottetown PE, C1E 2A1" and must be received by the Purchasing Officer before 2:00:00 pm local time on July 11th, 2025. It is the responsibility of the bidder to deliver the sealed bid to the 10 MacAleer Drive before the time indicated. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned to the Bidder unopened.
