- Description: Scope of Work Regular Landscape Maintenance at the Administration Building, Located at 2140 Central Avenue, Grand Forks, Includes: • Spring and Fall Clean up and Removal of Leaves and Branches, and Flower Bed Maintenance • Spring Repair of Small Scale Damage Caused through Snow Removal Process • Spring Power Rake in Alternating Years • Automatic Sprinkler System Maintenance, Including Spring Start up and Fall Shutdown/Blowout Procedures. • Tree and Shrub Pruning as Required • Weekly Mowing of Grass and String Trimming from May 1 - September 30 Annually as Needed Services at other Rdkb Locations May Include: • Spring and Fall Clean up of Leaves, Branches and Flower Beds • Spring Repair of Small Scale Damage Caused through Snow Removal Process • Tree and Shrub Pruning as Required • String Trimming • Grass Cutting Bid Instructions 1. Interested Contractors are Requested to Submit a Quotation on the Form Provided Indicating the Following Price Points: • Weekly Mowing • Irrigation Spring Start up • Irrigation Winterization • Fall Clean up • Spring Clean up • Hourly Rate for as Needed Services 2. Contractors Must Provide Proof of Good Standing with Worksafe Bc Insurance Coverage and no Less than $2,000,000 in Liability Insurance and Provide a Copy of your Occupational Health and Safety Program. 3.
