- The Ridge Runner Arena is located at 20 Sharman Street in Springside, Saskatchewan. The natural ice surface of the Ridge Runner Arena is currently lit with 8- T-12 high output fixtures. Since these lights are fluorescent and operate in a cold facility, they do not provide instant full brightness and must be turned on 1-2 hours prior to the facility being used. Additionally, the lighting is very dim due to low output. The Town of Springside (Town) and the Springside Recreation Association (SRA) are seeking quotes for the replacement of the existing ice surface lighting at the Ridge Runner Arena, as detailed in the scope of work.
