IntroductionBayside Consulting Inc. invites qualified contractors to submit a quotation for the upgrade of electrical service in a residential building located in Stephenville, NL. The project involves the installation of a new 400 amp service, meter, and electrical panel, as well as the removal of the existing electrical system that was installed in the 1950s.2. Scope of WorkThe scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Removal of Existing Electrical System: Safely disconnect and remove the current electrical system, which was installed in the 1950s. Proper disposal of all removed materials in compliance with local regulations. Installation of New Electrical Service: Install a new 400 amp electrical service on the building. Install a new meter approved by the local utility provider. Install a new electrical panel rated for 400 amps. Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes and standards.
