Description:
The purpose of this RFQ is to assess the qualifications of potential modular suppliers based on their experience, capabilities, and alignment with SD41 project requirements. While the School District is seeking to identify limited preferred vendor(s), SD41 is committed to a fair and transparent evaluation process.

The Services required have two types based on the project listing detailed below.

Project List # 1 - Volumetric construction

Project List # 2 - Panelized construction

Based upon the review of Responses, the School District intends to establish a list of FIVE (5) highest ranking Respondents and the School District has the sole discretion to choose less than five Respondents depending on the quality and quantity of responses received.
Unless otherwise indicated, this RFQ is also intended to identify and evaluate Qualified Resources by reviewing the qualifications of specific employees. If specific Resources are evaluated as part of this RFQ, Qualified Resources, as key personnel of the Contractor, they will be required to perform the Services under any Contract that results under the RFQ.

Interested Respondents should familiarize themselves with the entirety of this RFQ and submit a Response as described in section 6.
