Description : The Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide on-site support for local water treatment system controls. Scope of Work  Provide on-site and remote support, as required, for local HMI and PLC systems programing  Ability to program and make updates to PLC and HMI programming  Troubleshoot communication and wiring to instrumentation and devices  Ability to troubleshoot problems with base radios and transmitter devices  Coordinate with other RDCK controls contractors/IT Department  Coordinate with local electrical contractors, as required  Provide after-hours emergency support  Prepared to work on controls installed by others  Coordinate with electrical operating permit holder for water system  Provide a list of regular stocked items by the proponent for control and instrumentation replacement parts  Provide tag-lists to the RDCK for all input/output devices installed by the proponent  Provide comprehensive commercial general liability insurance against claims for bodily injury, death or property damage arising out of the Service Agreement or the provision of the Services in the amount of $5,000,000 dollars per occurrence with a maximum de...
