FORBES PROPERTY WASTEWATER PUMPING STATION AND FORCE MAIN

Sealed envelopes marked "Request for Proposals - Village of New Maryland, Engineering Consulting Services - Forbes Property Wastewater Pumping Station and Force Main" will be received at the Village of New Maryland Municipal Office, 584 New Maryland Highway, New Maryland, N.B., until 3:00 pm local time, Monday, August 11th, 2025. The name of the bidding firm shall also be indicated on the envelope. There will be no public opening of bids.

The proposed engineering design work, which is currently scheduled to be completed by November 30, 2025, involves associated site surveys, geotechnical assessments, the preparation of the engineering design drawings, project specifications, and tender package documents. Subject to Village Council's award of a tender contract, subsequent contract administration and on-site observation and inspection services in relation to the supply, installation and commissioning of the following major components prior to November 30, 2026, are also among the RFP deliverables:

- Supply and installation of approximately 500 metres of Sanitary Sewer Force Main.
- Construction of a Wastewater Pumping Station Building and Wet Well Chamber with a minimum equivalent capacity of 220 reside...
