RFP Scope: FCC began its third-party risk management (TPRM) journey in 2016/17 as part of a broader procurement transformation initiative. This initiative included maturation and right-sizing of our procurement function, a focus on value creation across the wider enterprise, and mitigation of third-party risks for the organization.
