- The City of Leduc invites Proponents to submit a formal proposal in response to this Request for Proposals for Pavement Data Collection with the intent to negotiate and enter into a Contract with the City for the Services. The City maintains a flexible pavement roadway network of approximately 359 lane km. As part of its road improvement program, the City requires collection of roadway condition and performance data, and structural testing on a portion of the road network. Sidewalk assessments will also be included as part of the analysis.
