- SCOPE OF WORK Provide all labour and materials to facilitate construction of new building as per construction drawings and specifications for the City of Warman Public Works Shop. General Contractor will act as Prime Contractor and work directly with a representative from the City of Warman and Consultants listed herein. Scope to also include: All items noted in Separate Pricing {Appendix B}. Costs associated with building permit and all related permit costs. Rempel Engineering will submit drawings for initial permit application. Contractor to provide portable washroom facilities, site trailer, and allowance for monthly progress meeting to review progress and schedule, including any other meetings as requested by owner.
