- Description:
- The Town is inviting proposals from qualified firms to provide Municipal Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) software(s), ideally including (but not limited to) the functions of Finance, Human Resources, Payroll. A stable automated intergration between this new platform and the incument is required. The scope of this RFP does not include a full transition from the Town-s incumbent software. Property Taxes/Names/Addresses, Utility Billing, General Accounts Receivable, Cash Receipting, Business/Animal Licensing, and Citizen Self Service functionality will remain with the incumbent provider Serenic Navigator by Sylogist (formerly Bellamy) and will be maintained in the incumbent software until the Town is ready to proceed with a future project phase.
