- This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Housekeeping Equipment Maintenance Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables").The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).The selected Proponent(s) will be required to provide Housekeeping Equipment Maintenance Services for various brands of scrubbers (walk-behind), burnishers (walk-behind, sit & stand ride-on, and hand-held), polishers, steamers, wet-vacuums, vacuums, carpet extractors, and other housekeeping equipment as required. These services are required to extend the life, minimize breakdowns, and improve the overall efficiency of the equipment while reducing operation costs. The Services may include but not limited to: Troubleshooting, Diagnostic, Maintenance, and Repair Services, including the restoration or replacement of parts necessitated by wear and tear, damage, or failure of parts. Preventative Maintenance Services, on a prescribed schedule, as requested by the Purchaser. Supply and Delivery of Parts, as required by the PurchaserThe preference is one (1) Supplier will be selected as the awarded supplier.
